Well, whatever it was he was drinking, I'll surely have some of that! :thumb: Guys...we witnessed something special tonight: In the SAME venue that gave us a once back-up QB and because of injury, took control of the game and led LSU to a victory! needless to say that QB also won us a National title!
The "U" in "The U" tonight stood for "ugly" courtesy of outstanding play by the LSU Tigers ! NOTE: Don't get too excited Lou, pictured below after the game, just happened to guess right.
I'm waiting for ESPN to release the story that Holtz was actually having a stroke when he made those comments, has no recollection of it, and in hindsight is pretty sure that Wright will crush LSU's defense.
He also said South Carolina was the best team in the SEC today. He still needs to either die or stop being on ESPN
But that was his quote that prompted me to think he was unfit for TV! :thumb: ...he later proved me wrong by correctly picking LSU to win (AND more specifically, predict our "D" would be dominant and Flynn would "surprise")
