All of America including plenty of fans in this board questioned Miani's O and if their young QB would be able to put points on the board. The D made huge plays with some TO's and that gave the offense confidence. Believe it or not, momentum plays a big part in football....

It's been said already today about the '92 Bama team. The "Miami's" went down to a dynamic D and the mediocre offense scored 34 on the "unbeatable" Canes.

    Just food for thought....

Yeah but you know what I mean...Anything can happen in football. I just dont see you guys scoring very many. True, we haven't played the toughest schedule (not due to trying to schedule cup-cakes, just the fact that most of the teams have bombed their season) but giving up 19 points in 5 games is pretty damn good...

I know a lot of you are big LSU fans and hey, im a huge Bama fan, but I am a little worried...If we were playing in Death Valley, I would be VERY worried. But, we are at home, where we are very very good in big games. The fans will be hyped! The players will be hyped! It's going to be a great game. I dont see any blowout happening.

    Roll tide!

We actually have a better record in BDS than in Tiger Stadium against Alabama.

Maybe so...But the fans will be pumped up like crazy for this game. This is HUGE and everyone around here knows it. I dunno if I have ever been more pumped up for a game. The strip will be absolutely crazy after the game if we win. I hope that I can get into the Houndstooth after the game and actually get a few beers.

For those of you going, check out the 'Tooth before the game. The football atmosphere is great and all of the folks are cool there.

I guess if you count the UF and UT games this season that holds some water, but it sure hasn't been true previously in this decade.

I'm expecting a war, an old time rock em sock em, knock the snot out of each other battle. Whichever offensive line can get some cohesiveness I think will win the game unless it comes down to a special teams play.

Im talking about this year! I mean, c'mon you guys dont like for us to be "typical Bama fans" and talk about the past right? LOL:D

I have changed my prediction and I think it will indeed be a special teams play that breaks it open. Hard fought defensive game...Bama wins! (I hope)

    Bama 16, LSU 13

the "strip" doesn't play the game, the players do.
LSU is used to SEC crowds. Welcome to the SEC.
