    Is it something a blacksmith would use?

  4. OK guesses have slacked off so I'll start with the BIG HINTS. It's a tool used with a large prybar.

  6. No. You do use it to lift something though.

  8. More accurately, you use it to pull something.
  9. So do the lugs fit into something, like into a track or some kind of fitting?
