    The blue thing is definitely hinged at the bottom. I guess it swivels out of the way to put batteries in it.

    Maybe a mini vacuum for your desk?

    On second thought, that's a stupid guess. That would eliminate the WiFi thingy.

    i dont think it is a wifi symbol i think those are just grips so you slide down the blue part. But i am at a lost as too what it is
