1. Is it a part for a little gumball machine?

I can totally see it down in the bottom now. Looks like the part that rotates as you turn the knob.

  2. Winner, it goes in the bottom of a gumball machine.
  3. Damn, that was gonna be my next guess. Good job @b_leblanc

  4. Shit he damn near gave it to me.
  5. I'll look for something to post when I get home.
  6. I actually have one of those in my garage somewhere now that I think about it. I converted a gumball machine into a fish tank and kept the excess parts like a typical hoarder...I should have known!

  7. I wondered what @shane0911 was doing with one of those in his garage. The gumball machine must have ripped of his quarter and he went ballistic on it :)

Not gumballs but I think would work the same way. In a place I used to work there were some vending machines down a hallway. One of them was like the gumball machine but it dispensed M&M Peanuts. If you just put a quarter in it and turned the handle it would give you 5 or 6 M&Ms. I discovered over time that if you gave the machine a little shake before you put the quarter in and then after you put it in to give the handle about a half turn and then give the machine another little shake it would give up from 10 to 14 M&Ms. For maximum results you had to turn the handle very slowly.
  8. It's actually in my office. 2 of them but the kids got ahold of one and tore it up so I had it laying around. Oh how did it get there. My ol lady has some Sanford n son in her. Likes to collect shit.
  9. Speaking of her, where the heck is she these days? You don't let her on the internet anymore?
