What is it?

I was looking on eBay for a battery and came across it. They wanted about 26 bucks! Must be buying them at Harbor Freight and selling them on eBay. Pure luck on that one.




I used to use this a lot. Now it just collects dust.

 

Do you mean something you would put a drawing/picture on and trace it? If so, no.
