Speaking of needing no crap, it's how I raised my kids. Mike Rowe of Dirty Jobs somehow found this gem my daughter wrote in, I believe, 3rd grade. Emma's reply said first grade, but I'm pretty sure it was 3rd. She still lives this way today. She works for Disney on film sets in NOLA. Kid makes almost as much as me and is only 23.
