I predict Fox will predict Palin the winner. I also predict ABC, CNN, NBC, & CBS will all pick Biden the winner.

I think they both did very well.

I was impressed with Palin's performance, but mostly because I expected her to do terrible.

I would find it very hard to believe anyone that says their vote was swayed either way due to tonights debate though.

She chose to ignore him. Biden was not necessarily on point on both issues.

What...? Biden spin something or flat out lie to misrepresent what he, or obama, has said or done. No way...never. Say it ain't so SF.

Just in case someone needs the definition of the word "lie"....

To utter falsehood with an intention to deceive; to say or do that which is intended to deceive another, when he has a right to know the truth, or when morality requires a just representation.

Are Obama & Biden running against McCain & Palin or Bush & Cheney?

Are they trying to compare McCain/Palin to Bush/Cheney because people want change or because Obama doesn't really have any substance to sell to the people?

The Democrats keep complaining about Bush but they need not look any further than the mirror for that. They were the ones who selected Al Gore & John Kerry to run against him. Who in their right mind could vote for either of those idiots?

They didn't do any better this time with Obama. They're benefitting from a weak economy, an extended war, and the fact that people get tired of a two-term president. This election is more anti-Bush than pro-Obama.

They both did very well. Biden was more specific particularly when it came to past legislation, as would be expected. Palin really came across well, was articulate and connected well the main street. She exceeded expectations of most people. Palin seemed very confident and in command of herself.

I don't know that this debate changed much so McCain & Obama will get their turn next week to sway the undecided voters.

It's that time in the process when we'll start to hear the usual scare tactics of the elderly losing their health care, the poor being kicked to the curb, and how the rich are treating the middle class like slaves.

aka...we don't have a plan, so let's scare the hell out of people into voting for us.
