I believe LSU used this slogan when touting Dalton Hilliard for the Heisman.

"He is the Man " was for :

" Touchdown " Tommy Hodson

All I remember was the posters that read:

HODSON
HEISMAN

i thought it was "Heisman for Hodson"...
