UT Fires Strong

It is being reported by Tom Stokes on twitter that UT has fired Charlie Strong.

 

And it begins.....

 

Not surprising. I would imagine Herman's agents phone is busy.

 

Has it been reported by anyone else? I haven't seen any. Might want to edit your thread title.

 

All his tweet says is:

@SportsPlusShow - "BREAKING: Texas @Longhorn_FB has fired head coach Charlie Strong. #SorryCharlie"

That's a pretty straight forward tweet.

 

But is it accurate?

 

Not sure but like I said that's pretty straight forward. And it was mentioned after the loss to the jayhawks that he was done.

 

I would bet more than a dollar that he WILL BE fired. But until he is and the info is made public, it's speculation.

"Sources said they don't expect an official decision on Strong until after the completion of the regular season Friday."
