How can this be when this has happened.

Rivals.com national recruiting analyst Mike Farrell spoke with Hazelton's father last night and he said he had not signed the letter-of-intent for his son's acceptance of the USC scholarship and therefore it is not a valid document.

Well that is a 5 star recruit. Which if he doesnt sign, would likely put Florida at #1.

If they counted this as a recruit for USC, why wasnt Williams counted for LSU. Just like everyone to screw LSU and help out USC.

Rivals still has LSU with two 5-star recruits.

Why does it matter? It will matter in 7 months when they either have him or don't. Whether USC or Florida is #1 in recruiting this year means nothing.

but you only have to be 18 for an agreement to be legally binding. Why would it be 21?

cause the NCAA plays by its own rules

not kidding with saying that, under 21 does need the parent to sign.. that's their rule
