Rudy Niswanger's personal foul was unnecessary it wipped out a 1st down, put us in a hole.He was the least person I expected to do such a thing. But I agree with overall assessment that the team has been more undisciplined than usual.

I would hope by my tone that you realize I'm not "bashing" Landry. THe guy's a great player...BUT I think you've got to fault someone for the penalty. He WAS OB at the time...avoidable or not. My main point was because the poster was trying to say that Miles is somehow responsible for such penalties...You right about LaRon though.

    No. He's a 10-2 coach. He's already proven that.

Say what you want about Flynn, but if he had the experience Russell had, he would be light years ahead of him. I promise you if Flynn had started this season, he would not be making these stupid mistakes at this point in the season.

And on the penalties. This team definitely has a discipline problem which reflects on the coach. I blame Coach Miles for that and I think that is the reason for all the stupid penalties. Say what you want but this team is not Well Coached. And I hate to say that because I'm not one to dog LSU coaches but it is the truth.

Do professional football players not make mistakes?

People need to remember that our Tigers are still kids, granted they are older kids, but none the less they are still young.

How do you know such a thing? Flynn hasn't been able to beat out Russell under two different head coaches, what makes you think he would not have the same learning curve that Russell has? Flynn might be a good QB, but the future of the position lies with Russell and RP.

I agree 100%. 7-4 type coach who is way in over his head. I said it before the season started. I saw the guy on Cox 4 one night talking at an event......he just looked and still does like he is in over his head. Mark my words........this is the best year he will have. Play 12 games a year from now on. Next year he'll be 7-5 with everybody on here claiming it's a rebuilding year and to remember all we lost. Then 5-7 the next year and some of you will still be calling to give him another year or 2....just like with DiNardo and Brady.
