Junior Rosegreen has and always will be an ass hole. Hes a head hunter, that shot was unexcusable. Reggie Brown could be seriously f*cked.

Reggie Brown caught a pass across the middle. Junior Rosegreen came and lowered his helmet and just plowed into Brown's helmet. The ball came loose (not sure why it was a fumble, should've been an incompletion IMO), but Reggie is lucky all he lost was the ball. I didn't think he would've gotten up, but he walked off the field and they took him to the hospital. This was, of course, right after he took a cheap shot at Fred Gibson when David Greene sailed a pass over Gibson's head (I believe it was Gibson).

This is the first Auburn game I've seen in nearly two months, and, wow, what a team. They are indeed much better than they were in September, no question.

I'm an LSU fan first, an SEC fan second, and I really want AU to go 12-0.

There is no way--no freaking way--a team goes undefeated in the SEC and doesn't finish in the top two in the country. I haven't looked at it closely, but you have to think AU is going to close the gap on Oklahoma in the computers.

If AU passes OU in the computer rankings after the conference championships, one of the two polls simply has to drop OU to third and give AU the shot at USC that it, at that point, has earned.

If not, I think AP voters in general and southern AP voters in particular need to think long and hard about giving AU the AP title if they roll in the Sugar Bowl and the USC/OU game is less than inspiring.

Besides, three major undefeteds would be yet another stake in the heart of the BCS. Let's hope, if it happens, that it's the one that finally kills it. :thumb:

    How far does Georgia fall?

    To #10?
    To #15?
Do they only drop one spot because Pollack had a good game? Wouldn't shock me.

They'll most likely still be in the top 12 since they're another media favorite. As for Texas....they'll probably jump up 3 spots for their miraculous comeback against powerhouse Kansas.

I think you got it dhead. Same thing that got Auburn last year - in a big way.

Tonight, Auburn was able to put enough pressure on UGA's oofense to force Richt to use Pope as a blocker rather than a primary receiver. Big difference.

The Georgia offense simply didn't show up with the intensity they needed to put the ball into the endzone in the first half. They had the opportunities, but not the burning desire. It was a disappointment, but not a total surprise.

And with two weeks to prepare, Auburn was able to score about 4 points more than I predicted.

Auburn will now likely rip Tennessee a new one in the Georgia Dome to win the SEC and go undefeated for the regular season.

Georgia needs to go on to beat Georgia Tech and end the season with a win in a mediocre bowl.

Looks like Oklahoma has the inside track and will be fortunate to play against USC instead of Auburn. Tubby said he will have to become very political, but I doubt that it will do him much good unless Oklahoma plays like total crap over the next two games.
