1. Hey, I hope you guys win it all.....that would be great for the SEC and the SEC West for that matter. That would be one bad ass division.....two Nat'l Champs in a row! The media is going to make it tough on Auburn to get there though.... :(

  2. I agree on all counts.
  3. AU will win this game by 10+ points. I will be cheering for them all the way. I want this BCS crap to explode as soon as possible. GEAUX AU TIGERS...stay undefeated and if they screw you out of the MNC game then hopefully the SEC along with the Big 10 will tell the BCS to go to hell!!!! :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
  4. I'm not sure. Initially, I think I'm leaning towards AU, but some of the prior posts do bring up a point. David Green is probably the best QB that Auburn has faced all season. And whatever was said in over-zealous praise of Jamarcus Russel in the preseason was obviously dead wrong. I'm still struggling with myself whether or not to root for Auburn, because, yeah, they're SEC, and it'd be cool to have two SEC West teams in a row go to the NC, (assuming the media isn't dead set on OU and USC), but at the same time, I gotta sneaky suspicion that, should AU win the NC, they'll come back here and gloat that their NC is better than ours. I dunno. For the time being, my money's on AU.
  5. I like this! Geaux AU Tigers! I've never been an AU fan before in my life, but boy would it be nice to have back to back N.C.'s in the SEC. How'd you like that PAC10????
  6. I think this game will be a close defensive struggle similar to the AU-LSU game.

I really don't see Auburn scoring more than around 20 points.

So.... It will probably depend on how long the Georgia offense can stay on the field and keep the Georgia defense from wearing out.

The two big intangibles in this game have to do with the, "choke," factor and in Auburn having two weeks to prepare for this game. I'll bet that Auburn is going to be a little tentative about, "not blowing," their NC chances and might be a little tight in the process. Campbell has thrown an average of two interceptions per game when he has played against Georgia. I'm quite sure that he is aware of that.

From reports, Auburn will be in pretty good shape injury wise.

Georgia is very healthy right now. The Georgia running game is almost as potent as the Auburn running game.

The Georgia defense will be back at full strength.

Georgia has not really lost a game on the field this year. The officials decided the Tennessee game by making several horrible calls.

    So...

    UGA 23
    Auburn 20

  7. Hmm...I've heard of a couple of potentially dangerous injuries on both teams. Maybe I should read the papers you read....I'd sleep better.
  8. Thomas Davis will be back for Georgia.
Danny Ware will be ready to go.
Tyson Browning will be ready to go.
Will Thompson is in good shape once again.

The Georgia OL has had a few twisted ankles, but nothing that will sit any of the players down.

As for Auburn, who you are talking about..??

  9. I'm not so sure about Ware and our resident UGA poster, SLink, has doubts about Davis. They'll play, but he thinks they'll be affected by their injuries.

On the Auburn OL, center Jeremy Ingle claims to be 100% after spraining his ankle a couple of weeks ago. If he re-injures himself or if he's not ready to play, we're screwed. Our 2nd string C just had season ending surgery, so we'd have to shift a G, Danny Lindsey (who played C last year) over and plug his spot.

A patchwork OL is not what I want facing the UGA DLine.
  10. Pollack's not having motor trouble is he ?
