That’s suborning perjury and conspiracy to obstruct justice. Those are both in the articles of impeachment of both Nixon and Clinton. Finally it’s looking more and more like he did conspire with the Russians during the election. That’s treason.
They don't and it is a colossal pain in the ass. Especially for lower echelon leaders because we have to parse team members from the visiting dignitaries states and send them to see someone they don't care to see. It hurts everyone.
