    Weiss has it very good, if his team inconsistently 'Ranked" as a top ten team, (they don't even have to be very good to accomplish that) he will keep his job and makes lots of money. Being a fringe top 10 nfl coach will get you fired. No wonder he wants to stay at ND till he dies.
