The speculation and the drama will be settled soon We will have our answer tomorrow. The fan base definately wants USC to win so we have a good chance of being picked by the Rose. USC losing and Fla. winning large enough to pass Mich if that happens would be the worst scenario for what we want. It is very hard for me to say this but i must pull for the scumbag trojans. My love for LSU is more than my extreme hate for them. If Arky beats the Gators then i can pull for a USC Condom loss so we get the chance to do it as well. Either way i am proud of our Tigers and thank them for a great season.
I think you can love the Tigers and still pull against the Trojans this weekend. Just pull for Fla. to play good enough to win and not blow out Ark. Many people think Ark will win so a Fla blow out seems unlikely and few talking heads think Fla has the guns to pass USC up in the BCS. Wouldn't it be glorious to actually play the game we should have had in 2003, and settle it once and for all?? Regardless, I think a USC loss combined with a huge Fla victory over Ark is our only thing to fear this weekend. That, and me not getting tickets to the Rose bowl if we go....
Just remember, if Florida beats Arky by anything other than a blowout and the Condoms lose to the Bruins, then there is a chance we could be paired up against the USuCk for the Rose. The only concern I have about this is tickets for the LSU fanbase outside of what LSU is distributing. We'd be fighting with a lot of trashy scumbags to get tickets, and since a lot of these idiots are already set up in So.Cal., it'll just be that more difficult. As it is, I am going to try to call in some favors I have with people hoping that they have some USuCk connections to get their tickets. While I want the Condoms to lose, if they don't, I won't be sweating it. I am putting my personal interest over anything the Condoms might do. Scroo 'em.
