1. While I bought ESPN Gameplan just to see LSU games, I have a feeling that it would take hours on the phone to get a partial credit or something from DirecTV.
  2. I'm just thankful that tigervision exists.

I got to watch most of the game, rather than none of it.

(Although, my reluctance to bitch may be b/c I didn't have to pay for it...I watched it at the Chimes, while drinking pints, which I would have paid for regardless)
  3. Last year one time, I had to order a game from an operator because Gameplan wasn't showing up on the guide screen. I ended up with an Indian customer service rep who didn't know what American football was, much less ESPN Gameplan.

I was shocked I actually received the game.
  4. I called Dish during the game (worthless) and also sent a follow up email. The reply I got says I should have called during the game, and their records show I didn't. I replied back and told them this doesn't surprise me, since I sat at home the other day for 3 1/2 hours waiting for a service call they admit they forgot to schedule, and attempted to buy me off with three months of crappy Starz and a 3 week credit to my bill (along with a few other comments about their service, since mine has been on the fritz for almost 6 months before they would agree to send somebody out). I turn on the tv this morning to a message that says my hard drive has been corrupted, and everything must be erased from my DVR. Think I'll go back to cable ASAP, because I hate these idiots.:cuss:
