Set a deadline.. if its not in, then drop them from the calculations... people shouldnt volunteer if they arent gonna do the work..

Granted, I said the end of July... but if we all send them in, I'll post the preseason poll (giving us a chance to have a second one to work out any kinks).

Also, as an aid for me... Can you all send me your 40 in this manner? Thanks hpmcdaniel. Doing it in this list format lets me put it into Excel without having to take out the "1." through "40."
