They said on the telecast that there is a drain every 7 feet under the turf. I thought that was interesting.
Too bad it drains into the campus system that backs up during a heavy rain, like Saturday night. Once the water on campus subsided, the field went bone dry. But it was a huge improvement. No mudholes during the game. No turf flying out from underneath the players. Someone out there deserves a raise...
