I was glad to see both the X Man and the Early Man score TDs. I can't wait to see LSU line up in a 5 receiver set with X, Early, Bowe, Buster and Skyler. I'll lay odds the defense calls time out the first time they see it.
Wow that 5 receiver set with those guys on it sounds really scary...I hope skyler gets to play against Georgia.
Skyler Green on special teams is gonna be a must for us to beat GA. This will be another tough defensive battle with field position determing it's outcome. If we average 2 or 3 yards a punt return like we did against Auburn, it will make it very difficult to beat Georgia. Don't be upset when the final score is 10-9 once again. I just think LSU ends up with the 10 this time around.
The X Man is as fast as his reputation says... as soon as he caught that pass, he hit the nitrous and was gone.
Yup, when he caught the ball it looked like they had the angle on him....then he just surged and made them look like high schoolers.
He sure knows how to run towards the daylight, he had three people around him and "simply" ran to the open field.
I have to watch it again today. really before Irealized what was going on he was heading to the endzone with one going making a jump at his legs. I knew I should have ordered that DVR.
