    Always been one of my favorite music factoids that the ZZ Top member who doesn't have a beard is named Beard.

    I've heard a number of lifelong Morgan City residents, usually older than me, say ZZ used to play the bar scene here all the time in the early 70's before they hit it big, but that's before my time.
