Yeah I'm starting to dig the rock and western infusion.

Some good stuff guys. I haven't kept up with a lot of newer music. When I saw the name Clutch I thought it might be this band that was from Baton Rouge around the late 70s or early 80s. They were a traveling band who were pretty big on the hotel circuit on the Gulf Coast and on to Miami, Atlanta, North Carolina, ect.

If this is a thread about new music there isn't a lot I can add. To me New Years Day, 1980 was The Day the Music Died

On the chance that some of you aren't familiar with The Radiators I'll post my favorite Radiators song.
The New Orleans band has been playing since 1978 and have been a popular live band, especially at Tipitina's and at the New Orleans Jazz Festival but they never got much airplay.

I saw Clutch open of Marilyn Manson at the Varsity in 1996 I think. Great show.

@Bengal B see what I mean, I love the radiators and they had completely slipped off my radar, now I need to go get that stuff put on my playlist. Thanks

Is it the same band as the one I mentioned?
