I used to see this guy at the Maple Leaf bar a lot and he even recognized me if I was there. He'd take a break and ask me to buy him a drink. Turns out he was a paranoid person afraid the CIA was after him. He was a heroin junkie too...occasionally would fall asleep at the piano all ducked out. Once, during a break, he was talking about Marcia Ball. I said, "You know she spells her name m-a-r-C-I-A !! HE jumped up, ran out, and didn't come back that night.

I felt bad for messing with him.
