I heard a commercial on the radio a couple of days ago advertising that Dead and Company is playing at the Smoothie Center sometime in December. Dead and Company is Bob Weir, Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzman from the old Dead, John Mayer playing the Jerry Garcia parts, and the bass player from the Allman Brothers.
Not much to report other than a couple of these guys live near here and have come in the cafe before, but I had little interaction because I was too busy in the kitchen.
