Part of this analysis is valid....the point that Biden is feckless and has no idea of what he’s doing and why. However it presupposes the he was effective in the senate. Not exactly. He was thought a fool in the senate accruing power by occupying a safe seat. The one certain fact about his reputation is that he never supported a good idea.
