Will be great for Baton Rouge to have a microbrewery. A few buddies of mine are starting it up.

Look for the VooDoo Bengal beer

 

I'm a fan on Facebook so I've been keeping track of their progress.

Can't wait to see what they come out with!

 

Their annual Christmas beer is spec-tac-u-lar. :thumb:

 

I'm a fairly accomplished beer drinker, been many places had many a different falvor. My point here, whew, don't phuck with that Andygator from abita. Great beer but boy it packs a pretty good punch. I had one and I could tell it was there. Can only wonder what 2 or 3 would have done but not sure I want to find out.

The Chimes has a combo called the Chuck Norris which is Woodchuck and Andygator.

After 2 of those I really do feel like I've been roundhouse-kicked in the face.
