    You don't respect your opponents by showing pity when they haven't given up. You respect them by fighting till the last sec of their lives.

    This sir, with all due respect, is just an opinion. It's a good thought, but it doesn't make it right or wrong....it's just how YOU feel.

    It's not really about how I feel but how Houston Nutt feels. I bet he didn't feel good either seeing us taking knee on 4th down. If you were in his position, would you feel like being pitied that way? I know Les was trying to end the game in a classy approach, but unfortunately he just messed up his good intention in an inappropriate manner.

    No kidding. You can post the same response after all of your posts as well. You get really butthurt when people dare to have an opinion different than yours. Relax.

    The dignity of an SEC opponent is not my concern.

    I did like the kneeldown as a blatant disregard for the notion of "style points" that pervades college football these days.

    You guys don't get it. Miles was intentionally insulting Nutt. Like a heavyweight fighter saying " I don't need to hit you anymore". It was brilliant and it was payback. Don't try to figure Les out. It cannot be done.
