Oh my I just thought of something......tell me if this is corrrect. If we win out, including the SECCG, Alabama wins out, and USC, Texas, and Miami wins out...AND.....South Florida wins out to win the Big East, would that put us playing freakin' South Florida in the Sugar Bowl???
Ah Crap. Something just does not look right about that picture. USC vs. Texas Miami vs. Penn State Alabama vs. Notre Dame LSU vs. South Florida ....UNREAL.
We could win our bowl game and move down in the polls. But, on the bright side, it would pretty much be like handing us the trophy before the game started.
Now that would just be plain ole' wrong, but I see what you're saying. For the first time, playing West Virginia doesn't seem all that bad.
If WVU wins out, they are 10-1... even though they are in the Big lEast, thats pretty good. I don't think UCF is going to beat them.
Being from Tampa, I think it would be fun to play USF. First of all, it would make for some interesting family discussions, since several relatives are grads and one works there. Second, because AMAB passed on Jim Leavett, the Bulls coach, allegedly because of some unspecified personal background problem. The ripping they would be able to give AMAB if he got to a BCS game before they did would be priceless living here in Montgomery. All that said, I don't see them beating WVU. GEAUX TIGERS
really gotta pull for WV to win the Big East. some national media types (cant remember who) think the Orange Bowl may not pass on WV because evidently they travel very well. that would leave the Big Ten champ in the Sugar
