It all depends on the records at the time. If your playing a team and their ONLY lose is at your hands then I dont see it making that big of a deal. However if your playing a team with 2 to 3 loses and you beat them again droping them to 3 or 4 loses then you run the risk of taking a HUGE hit in the computer polls. Your right the human polls can take in to factor different reasons that a computer cant. But for example say the first time we play a team we escape by the yellow of our teeth but in the SECC we blow them out the water. The human polls might react differently to the human polls because it shows that the other team did nothing to impove their chances against us.
back to the origional question, sc played somewhat good. i thought uga looked like the better team but sc had some good play calling and uga seemed to make mistakes a on critical downs. its hard to say how the east is going to play out this year, hell at this point its hard to tell who is going to give lsu the biggest challenge in the west.....what the hell is going on with auburn?
