I'm obviously new to this site, so my "street/message board" cred probably needs to be established first, but man I do love me some snowballs. I'm originally from the NO, so I know a thing or two about them. What kind of machine/ice shaver do y'all use? Makes a difference between a good one and a GREAT one.
I live pretty close to you guys. If you have clear strawberry I'll come check it out. There is a place I used to go when I lived back home in New Iberia that had a clear strawberry flavor that was amazing. It's still open on Center Street but I forget what it's called. It kinda killed every other snowball flavor ever for me though. You get that flavor and we'll get real familiar with each other.
