Well theres a difference. Is the University of Tenn still upset about it, or is the fan base upset about it .Sure the fans will always remember a loss in a big game like that and be upset about it. But, I dont know how many players are still on the team from that year if any, but I think the majority of the players on that team could care less b/c they had nothing to do with that loss in the SECCG. But, the fans never forget.

I will admit it............we are still very bitter!!! BUT the better team won and its time for a rematch!!! :thumb: The game will be tough and I am not gonna brag and say we will win. Its really the only game that has me worried.

I will say though that the thought of us going 6-5 is a little rediculous!!!!!!! :dis:

A coule years ago I went to a luncheon here in Atlanta and Coach Fulmer was the speaker. Afterwards I met him and tried to get him to tell me some of his recruiting stories from 20 years ago but he wouldn't budge, he was friendly but very businesslike. I can't say I was expecting much but he was tighter than a clam with lockjaw! Anyway, I got around to asking him which game would he most like to win this year thinking he would say Alabama. He wanted to meet LSU again in the SECCG, no doubt about it.

That game started the skid marks.

The VOLS have now lost 4 straight games in the Georgia Dome including 2 Peach Bowl blowout loses to ACC teams. Losing to Clemson and Maryland back to back by a combined score of 57-17.

Why the VOLS are getting so much attention right now could be centered on their Notre Dame series. ND beat the VOLS last year and it was probably the highlight of the ND season. NBC has to sell something to their advertisers.

Other than that, I expect the VOLS to go 5-3 in the SEC, second place in the East, and 8-4 overall during the regular season.

The VOLS will beat Florida and Ol' Miss...
Lose to LSU, UGA and Alabama.
