1. If Florida can escape the injury bug this season, I think they can seriously have a go at running the table all the way to a back to back championship (yes, that's zero losses).

This Horford dude is a beast.

SEC basketball will be fun to watch with the 3 big dogs (Florida, LSU, Bama) in the mix (plus Kentucky, Tennessee and possibly MSU).
  2. Wish his dad could've produced for LSU like he has for Florida.
  3. I wouldnt be suprose if Florida doesnt win the East. I fully expect them to, but they are going to be everyones target all year long. It is very unlikely they repeat.
  4. The Morning Advocate reports that Rolle is out for the first game with a back injury (two herniated disks). That sounds serious. If Rolle needs surgery then we won't see him this season and LSU's prospects are dimmed somewhat.

  5. I think they have a great shot at repeating. I think they would have to be the favorite on anyone's board. However, I would gladly bet money, and give odds, that they do not go undefeated. Anyone can PM me if the want to take me up on it.
  6. Uhhh, it asks which of the four teams will not make it to Atlanta. And LSU is leading that poll.
  7. Undefeated??? In basketball??? NO WAY.

The 1996 Kentucky Wildcats might have been one of the greatest basketball teams in college basketball history. They had six future first-round NBA draft picks and a seventh player who was taken in the second round.

They lost two games that year.
  8. Ouch!

43 posters on TF just went vote for that.
  9. Illinois almost went the whole way in 2004, but an Ohio State buzzer beater tarnished the record.
