1. Taylor's range and intimidation are a great compliment for Landry, especially as a rookie. I don't know if they're buddies or not, but it's got to be tough when a teammate goes down like this -- especially when it's kind of your partner on defense.
  2. i will try to be more clear in the future. if not, clean up my mess, les.
  3. Sean Taylor is one of my favorites, and its bad that this has happened to them.
If you're the coach, do you move laron back to his original position since Taylor is probably out for the season?
  4. no way in heck... he is way too slow to play that in the NFL.
  5. Taylor was already out, so what you saw this weekend will likely be what you see down the road, unless he never plays again then you might see some experimentations.
  6. slow wasn't the right word in my previous post...

he just doesn't have the RANGE...

    that's a better word. :)
  7.
  8. What range exactly? If there is a guy that can cover the whole field it would be Laron Landry.
  9. I think he's better suited as a roving SS that can play close to the line. His coverage skills aren't nearly as good as his SS skills. Of course, it's not like he's Roy Williams out there, getting beaten by every TE that runs a 4.9, but he's no...well, Sean Taylor either.
  10. I think his post was in jest.
