I will say, however, that the spring game proved to me that Mauck-Randall are solidly entrenched as 1-2. Both showed mega improvement in arm strength and accuracy over the last time I saw them in action. Methinks the coaches stressed the passing game in spring drills and are doing the same in fall practices.

Eli Manning was Red Shirted 1st year, and "Appeared" in 7 games as a RSFS. He did not Start until his 3rd year, as a Sophmore.

2000: Appeared in seven games during his Redshirt Freshman year...finishing behind Senior Romero Miller


Casey Clausen: High School - Enrolled at UT at mid-term of his senior year...practiced in the Spring.

*Did not Start until game 6 of the 2000 season.
