The right side of the d-line is really weak especially Oliver. Just about every time GA. ran to that side they gained at least 4-5 yards. And it's been that way the entire year. As a whole the defense seems to have given up a lot of yards on toss plays.

  2. What amazes me is that last years stars are almost a liability this year (excluding Kyle Williams). They must have been reading too many press clippings in the off season.

Wroten played well. Team will get better as the year goes on.

I said before this game that the biggest missed player for LSU would be Chad Lavalais...

There is no d-lineman on this team playing to the level that both Chad Lavalais and Marquise Hill were playing at last season. When we blitzed last year, the QB couldn't step up in the pocket because there was no pocket to step up too. Also Marcus Spears is playing out of position at DE. He's got good speed for his size, but is still a little to slow for the position. He should be playing on the inside at tackle, but we're too thin at DE and it's to late in his career here to make that switch.

Not only that but Hill and his run-stopping ability is missed quite a bit.

Kyle Williams is the only player on the defensive side of the ball who IMO has played all out in every game. But you can't expect him to do everything from his DT position.
