A recent study by the U.S. Census Bureau outlined the impact different universities would have should their school be selected to play in this year’s Rose Bowl. Here are some of the statistical findings:

    1) LSU – If the school sends 50,000 fans to the Rose Bowl, it would raise the average I.Q. of California by 7 points.

    2) Florida – If the school sent 50,000 fans, it would raise the average I.Q. of both states by 5 points.

    3) Auburn – If the school sent 50,000 fans, it would have no impact on the average I.Q. in California, but it would raise the average I.Q. back in Alabama by 10 points.

    4) Mississippi State, Tulane, Vanderbilt – No statistical data available, as they can’t meet the 50,000 minimum.
