I would like to thank everyone for their responses; I guess I will buy crawfish and take the kids to Chuck E Cheese.

Need more specifics. What part of the state?
When in the spring? Water levels and temps fluctuate and I can't tell you right now where the water will be high enough and when the crawfish are active and large enough to warrant the effort of trying to catch them.

Chuck-E-Cheese, however is almost always an option.
