How much PT will he see this year? I think it would be great to use him as a WR/RB combo. Sort of like Skyler in 03. This guy is just so amazing with the ball in his hands that it seems like a sin to not give it to him at all.

Have you ever watched him with the ball in his hands? I can't remember his highlight video. I hope he does give them another skyler type.

I'm a huge RJ fan, mainly because I used to work his mom, who's one of the nicest people on the planet. She would give me weekly updates on him, and he really seems like a great young man. I hope he breaks his way into the playing roster. They really seemed optimistic about his rehab, so that's a good sign.

I do remember his highlight reel, and it was pretty impressive. Great field awareness and quicks a la early Skyler.

It's gotta be tough for him since he's best friends with Lafell, who had his coming out party on a national stage this year.

I'm not sure how much PT he'll get at TB but he could get some touches at WR.

He could return also. Instead of risking Doucet.

    Freudian slip no doubt.

RJJ is capable in many roles...but the injury may have doomed yet another year for another player. He can play RB, WR, or S (mostly been working at WR since he got back I hear) ...but really, who is he going to beat out this year without being 100%? Lafell? Jared/Chris Mitchell? Dixon/TT/Byrd? He stands no chance to beat these guys out without being 100%.

Is he going to beat out Keiland at RB? Shove aside Hester for carries? Murphy or Scott? Not likely on all accounts. He was a great safety prospect in HS, but he could never find playing time this year and likely not next at safety with McCray, Jones, Francois, and Taylor in the mix.

Sadly, and it sucks to say because I liked him from the day I read him mention LSU in his recruiting update, this kid many never find a place to be a starter. His injury put him too far behind the curve - and by the time he is 100% confident in his abitlity again it may be too late, he will have lost any lead he had on the super studs coming up behind him.

He will likely contribute greatly on special teams though a la Harry Coleman - he is a high caliber athlete and we will need all we can get this year with the new rules + new kicker.
