like i said, your political allegiances forces you to refuse to acept reality on this one, and you will discuss anything to the extent you can call people racist. this is, as i have said before, the end goal of basically every discussion with the modern left. perhaps a little self reflection is in order, about why you and your allies on the left want to see an innocent man jailed for defending himself vs a child rapist attacking him.
The left has been set straight on the "he took a gun across state lines" matter ad infinitum, and I don't see them dropping it.
I'm starting to think that the jury is waiting for the judge to declare a mistrial. I think they are kicking the can down the road in hopes that he will do what they don't want to.
Tomorrow it will be a hung jury. After 2 days of debate, nothing can be resolved. Look here for example.
The two jurors thing doesn't really hold water to me. Why all the hemming and hawing over videos and questions if it is just 2 jurors with itchy pussies? This thing should have been over by 11am on Tuesday.
I have doubts this is accurate. If it is then the jury is disobeying the jury instructions. Could that be grounds for a mistrial or appeal?
I think the issue is the jury not being sequestered. That as well as the thugs running around the courthouse shouting into bullhorns and what not. If they get a conviction there are so many outs for an appeal to reverse the decision. The Defense team missed a HUGE opportunity on close, HUGE and I can't believe Richards didn't pounce on it because it would be a slam dunk. He didn't object so I don't know if he can use that in an appeal or not but even if he can't there are plenty of others.
