Restaurants you miss

    a couple of friends and i used to go to frostop every friday evening for a bite to eat before other friday activies, or late after said activities, to wrap the evening up with a root beer.

    Do you not make it to downtown BR much? I don't even live there, but knew the Frostop on Govt was still there.

    To the person that said Hopper's, I used to love a cheeseburger poboy from there when I was in college.

    Jack Saban's and Chalet Brandt. Had a lot of great meals at both. Had our rehearsal dinner at Chalet Brandt.

    My parents took me to Jack Sabin's for my 11th birthday dinner. That still remains one of the filet mignon's I've ever had.

    obviously not. i used to work downtown and was the only reason id go near govt st.

    edit: except for phil bradys which doesnt quite bring me past the big mug.

    Yes indeed....you old fart. That place has been gone a long time, but man it was good.

    Europe's meatball pizza and some wine were SO good--along with their sensation salad.

    Frosttop rootbeer is amazing. Its so creamy it almost tastes like a float.

    burger delite went out of business. I know plenty of people kinda saddened by it.
