1. Re: Dexter Pratt

You can't argue with Pratt's productivity--over 2000 yards rushing with a 10 yard per carry average, 16 receptions for over 300 yds, and 20 TD's last year. All this in Texas, a state with good competition.

DandyDon said 4.55. i dont know who to believe Dandydon or Pratt's coach. :yelwink2:
  4. Re: Dexter Pratt

I am surprised that DD didn't have him listed as 4.28.

  5. Re: Dexter Pratt

After watching his film again, he reminds me of Ronnie Brown.
  6. Re: Dexter Pratt

I'll take that all day long.
  7. Re: Dexter Pratt

I like the Ronnie Brown comparison. I don't see Addai except maybe in his receiving/blocking ability.

I'm really trying to not let the fact that Pratt is an LSU commit sway my opinion, but perhaps it is, because I'm starting to get really excited about him & while I still think Michael is a hell of a prospect Pratt may be better. I'll make my final judgement after watching some senior film.

Pratt's the complete package, which will be nice because we haven't had that in a while with CS, KW, and RM - all of whom do some things amazingly but do not have it all (yet).

My only concern about Pratt is his weight, as he was reported playing in the upper 230's last year, but everything I've read points to a high character team-player who will work hard.
  8. Re: Dexter Pratt

Those are big words. Michael Ford is going to be the best back to wear P&G since Joseph Addai when it's done IMO.
  9. Re: Dexter Pratt

I'm not trying to take anything away from Ford, as I think very highly of him as well.
  10. Re: Dexter Pratt

Pratt was the guy I had hoped for and thought we would get (as my 09 class indicated). That kinda size running a sub 4.5 spells doom and gloom for many a defensive coordinator.
