No one was funnier than Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan when he teamed up with Gorilla Monsoon as WWF (at the time) commentators. He was hilarious and was the reason I started pulling for the heels.
The first heels I ever rooted for from back in the day were the Fabulous Freebirds and Michael PS Hayes. And of course, I loved Ric Flair. Basically, if they made me laugh, I was a fan. I hated the baby faces.
