Presser more than four hours from now. I'm pessimistic. High-zinger has more than four hours to take a short flight from Miami to Orlando for the 7pm (EST) press conference. If Nick were staying, I think that the presser would have already happened by now, 3pm (EST).
Hold on, no need: Slowdown, I am just giving my opinion. And I would certainly take a grain of salt what ESPN reports. They seem to be the only credible media outlet that is reporting accurate info, radio and television. :thumb: Like I have said in the past, I wish he stays in Red Stick, but it seems to be he is ready to make the jump. I will be shocked if he stays a Tiger. Marine, you are right about one thing…the SEC will be shaking if he does decide to stay a Tiger!
Maybe Jean. You could say he wants his whole team there to tell them before the press conference. They can't all be in BR as some have left already. But, is it really that important to have your team there to tell them you're staying? That sort of gathering always feels like goodbye territory. Who knows but we shouldn't be surprised that we can't even gauge things based on the location of the press conference. Neither BR NOR Miami. Still, Florida and not LA.
With or without Nick the SEC is shaking...they know whoever the coach is, LSU is a powerhouse not to be missed with...ie UK basketball! :tigerhead
i would also think if he is saying he is leaving he would ask the team if they want him to coach the bowl game. afterall, if he leaves then it should be their decision not his to coach the game.
I don't know how the players can say straight in his face that they don't want him to coach them for the game. It's just going to be an awkward situation. ________ Mflb battery charge time
If he would stay, he's still set for life. How many people make several millions of dollars every year. Not the average person.
