I'm not sure what's funnier/crazier. The fact that they're serious about calling themselves THE university of Louisiana, or the sensitivity to being razzed about what is essentially their heritage.

Same here, I was scratching the head for a minute. Any way who cares, they will always be USL to me. Same as if LSU decided to change its name.
