We're on the same page......When I said "Not the best scenario going into the tourn. not having their coach" I meant in comparison to having a coach and all things normal- no resignation, no need for one, etc. As far as after her announcement, yes, I agree with what you said too and think it would be even more of a distraction with her to stay on through the tourn. :thumb:

Around 3pm my boss told me that someone he knows that is very close to LSU Athletics told him just that. Some are reporting that it was a former player but he source says its a current player. He says that when Pokey found out that her assistant found out, she immediately resigned. If this is true, guess it was the smart thing to do before it becomes a national issue. This would cause a ****store for women sports. Just my opinion.
