im pretty sure the davis pass was an intentional underthrow because it was significantly underthrown nad in perfect positioning, davis adjusted like he knew it was coming. if it had been a regular go route, JR would have led him a little more inside.

anyways, the playcalling was great and it was awesome to see the run game finally get going. that was our best defense, to pound the ball and take clock. those two drives in the third quarter, even though they only brought us 3 points were great because all arky had was a 3 and out in the whole 15 minutes. we run like we did that quarter all this year, we are undefeated.

Aside from the last two drives, where I think we could have afforded to try a few more gut runs (sarcasm), I think it was a very good game called by the staff.

Also, CLM pointed out postgame that even during the short week, the assistants and players did everything Monday as far as practice/gameplan goes, due to "personal reasons" (read: funeral for CBoS). So considering that, bravo Tigers. Bravo.

My "jabs" at DOTB are simply a response to his numerous shots and name-calling directed at me. Also, he gives me red at every opportunity whether he's even in the thread or not. Also, it just gets under my skin when certain posters do nothing but bash and complain with very little "discussion" involved. I don't lurk in the bushes. I simply point out that it's easy to be a fan when we win. While you're looking for my responsive posts, try and find one from DOTB that doesn't include a complaint about the current state of the program at LSU. I will always be here to expose the hypocrites. If it bothers you that much, use the ignore function.

Finally, how can you say I rarely take a stance? I must be the most consistent poster on this board. Everyone knows where I stand, and that is if you can't enjoy LSU games, why even bother to follow the team and if your expectations are to win every single game in dominating fashion, you are being unreasonable. I could find a thousand posts where fans discussed concerns, questionable tactics and coaching, etc. with nary a comment from me.
