he came back out and played on D, but he was never back on special teams. I really do think Les sat him after the pose.

 

It was a smart move on his part, because the ESPN people will be talking all about him from now on.

 

precisely. i'm not sure LSU is promoting him too much, so he has to take it into his own hand. not saying it's the right thing to do, but it is something to do.

 

He was back deep on the very next return.

 

are you sure? I will have to go back and look. He certainly was not back there at all in the 2nd half. I swear Les chewed ass then benched him.

 

i don't recall seeing him out there again. but that really wasn't my point.

 

the 2 play by play lists that i have seen list the PP touchdown and then the next special teams return just says " Pugnetti punts. No return. Ball on LSU15." The next after that was returned by Brooks.
