    RHans405 Let's Roll

Except that he's been in the wrong place at the wrong time three times this past year. Time to grow up and become responsible, which I am sure he is capable of doing. I would love to see him become a dominant leader.

I feel a lot of confidence with RP in here. I'm very glad to see this. A lot of you are concerned with his leadership and maturity. I think that's my concern too. I always felt as if Flynn was a true leader and game manager. Flynn may have had half the talent of RP, but he knew how to lead his team.

Let's pray that RP becomes that kind of man/ quarterback. I have no doubt that he has the talent. Combining these would GREATLY increase our chances next season of a (dare I say it) repeat.

Maybe my son is right. lol

You really think Miles suspended him for nothing? You really think he lost playing time at the end of the year over nothing?

Guess Miles doesn't know what the hell he is doing, huh?

i think he grew up a lot on the field and got a lot of confidence in the seccg. hopefully, that will translate to a more mature attitude off the field. if so, i think he will do just fine.

For being over the loosely enforced curfew and missing a day or two of practice during an investigation.

That's about all it was. If you know more, please share, so I can tell you the wrong in your posts. :)

He missed the Bama game, didn't make the trip. He no longer played during the games like he did prior to the incidient. His only action after that was late in the LaTech game with the 2nd team. No action against Ole Miss or Arky.

I can't help you if you're too blind to see the punishment Miles handed him for doing nothing wrong.

Look at his split stats. The whole "option" thing just simply didn't work anymore late in the year.

I am familiar with the situation. Had it been something major like you say, he'd have been a gone pecan.

I am pulling for the kid and hopes he does well and
lead us to another BCS title. With the support of his
team and his coach, he will play very well next year
    as a model citizen.

He has a lot of talent but I'm not sold on the fact that he is mentally ready to lead this team...Let's just say I like to be proven wrong.

RP has all the tools. He "has" to step up and be the leader this coming season. I think he'll do fine. This is "his" team this coming year. A year or two of growth at that young age makes a world of difference. RP with a great supporting cast could be "very, very" special!:thumb:
