  3. Re: First official baseball head coach candidate

i dont think either of the 2 already interviewed are serious candidates
  4. Re: First official baseball head coach candidate

The more I hear about Corbin and what he did at Clemson, the more I like him...
  5. Re: First official baseball head coach candidate

all these interviews are simply to fulfill the "search" requirements. this search was over before it started.

go ahead and accept the coroner/professor in Fast Times as the guy.
  6. Re: First official baseball head coach candidate

You think so really? I know you do, but to me it looks like Skip's shopping from the bargain bin again.......
  7. Re: First official baseball head coach candidate

    ok
  8. Re: First official baseball head coach candidate

I like Pawlowski. He's young and has shown he can succeed with very little to work with. He had a cup of coffee in the bigs and his upside is huge. If I'm not mistaken, he was a pitcher. Despite everyone's hopes and prayers, I don't see an established successful coach (Horton, Tanner, etc) getting excited about a move to BR. Wells? Fuhgeddaboudit. Smoke without the gut. Bianco? Doesn't need the hassle. 2 years without a CWS appearance and he'd be hounded back to oblivion.
  9. I will support which ever coach they get
